- Show live occupancy in meeting rooms and release booked meeting rooms which are empty
- Show live indoor air quality (IAQ) data on a floor plan, allowing employees to book a space that suits their preferences for factors like noise and temperature
- Make meeting rooms spaces unavailable when their IAQ levels go outside productive levels
